  • What is your low-price guarantee?

    Darbys' Big Furniture policy is not to be undersold. We will meet or beat any advertised price in print within 75 miles of our stores on first quality identical merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.

    Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, discontinued merchandise, free items or services or finance offers. Merchandise offered for sale on the Internet or other auction sites is excluded.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Yes. Regardless of manufacturer warranties, Darby’s Big Furniture warrants furniture you purchase from us to be free of manufacturing defects for 6 months. If your furniture was delivered by us, we will provide in-home repair in our service area, if required. If you chose to pick up your furniture, you can bring it in to our service area to be repaired.

    We will also ensure you receive the full benefit of factory warranties, as Darby’s Big Furniture is the "Factory Authorized" service provider in this area for many of our manufacturers.

    To protect your furniture against a broad range of accidental damage, we also offer the Protection 1st Plan for purchase. This plan provides a full 5-year no-worry accidental damage warranty. If no claims are made during the warranty period, Darby’s Big Furniture will credit the purchase price of the plan back to you in the form of a gift card. Ask your Home Specialist for details.   • When will I receive my order?

    Your sales associate will schedule the delivery of your in-store purchase with you and the delivery team. Custom orders are generally received and delivered within 8 to 12 weeks. Custom order delivery depends on manufacturer production time lines, see your sales associate for details. For details regarding your Order Status you can always contact the store.
  • Is there a charge for delivery?

    We offer free delivery within our Trade area up to 75 miles from our store locations. Deliveries beyond this area may incur fees. Contact the store for details. Click here for our delivery maps.

  • Can I pick up and handle my own delivery?

    Yes. We are pleased to assist you in inspecting and loading your new furniture. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your goods are properly loaded, secured, transported, and placed in your home.

    • We strongly recommend you open and/or inspect your merchandise before leaving.
    • Bring plenty of blankets and tie-downs to protect your new furniture.
    • Your signature on the delivery/pickup copy will verify your acceptance of furniture in good condition.
    • In case of damage while you are transporting your furniture, you may return the damaged piece to our Store Warehouse to have us estimate repairs.
  • Do you have financing plans?

    Credit-worthy customers can always enjoy credit at Darby’s Big Furniture. Apply for credit now to learn the credit amount for which you may qualify. Financing terms may change depending upon promotional offers.

  • What is your cancellation & return policy?

    In-stock merchandise may be returned (in as-new condition) for exchange or refund within 10 days from delivery or pick-up date. All Clearance products are sold as-is and not returnable.

    Some items are non-returnable: Pillows, mattress pads, sheets, power bed bases, special order fabric yardage and services rendered such as flooring labor, delivery and protection plans.

    Merchandise ordered for you: 100% Credit given for cancelled or changed orders within 3 days of order. 75% Credit given for cancelled or changed orders after 3 days. Refunds are issued to the account holder using the same method as the original payment with the exception of cash. Cash payments will be refunded by check.

    Mattresses above $999 may be exchanged one time for an equal value exchange between 30-120 days, however will incur a $99 rewrap fee.

  • Do you offer a wedding registry?

    Yes. Our Darbys' Big Furniture wedding account works like cash in your name. When your friend or family member contributes to your wedding account, they will receive a gift card in the amount of their monetary donation to give as a shower or wedding gift. It's that easy. There is no need to pre-select furniture or merchandise. You can use your wedding account for anything you want in either of our stores.

    Plus we'll deposit $50 into your wedding account as our wedding gift to you! Call or see us for details.

  • How do I contribute to a wedding account?

    Want to contribute to an existing wedding account? We've made it easy for you. Just call us at either store location and make a donation to a wedding account over the phone or visit either of our locations to make your contribution. Once you have made your contribution, you will receive a gift card in that amount to be given as a shower or wedding present.
